DISASTER SUPPLY KIT ESSENTIALS A disaster supplies kit should contain the following items as a minimum requirement, which will be needed for at least three days after a disaster. -Standard flashlight tht uses 2 "D" cells batteries -AM/FM battery-operated radio -Fresh batteries for insertion in the flashlight and radio listed above -First Aid Kit -Clothing -Bedding -Tools -Emergency supplies -Food -Water (1 gallon per day per person)
