CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Fees are not refundable or transferable unless the Red Cross cancels the class. If you are unable to attend a class, please notify the Red Cross 3 days prior to your scheduled class to request a refund or a transfer of funds to a new class. All funds are NON-REFUNDABLE if you fail to notify the Camden County Red Cross of your absence in that time. You are responsible for rescheduling a class if you cannot attend and rescheduling is subject to class availability.
You must be on time and attend all class sessions to receive a certification card. CERTIFICATION CARDS ARE MAILED OUT 2 WEEKS AFTER THE INSTRUCTOR HAS TURNED IN COURSE RECORDS. THE RED CROSS-WILL NOT MAIL OR FAX PROOF OF ATTENDANCE TO AN EMPLOYER OR SCHOOL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
******Beginning May 1, 2009, all Health and Safety classes must have a minimum of 6 participants to run. In the event that the class is cancelled, a full refund will be given or you will have the opportunity to move your registration to the next available class. Thank you for your anticipated support.*********
